XP on my Mac Mini

bootcamp
Last night, I got XP Pro working on my Intel Core Duo Mac Mini. It was soo easy. There was not one hickup. I upgraded to 10.4.6, installed the new firmware, installed bootcamp, created a 7 gig partition, installed XP in FAT32 (so that OSX can see the drive), and ran the driver cd.

EVERYTHING works. The video card is fully recognized, bluetooth works, WiFi works, and it scrolls like butter.

Apple certainly put together a great little piece of “beta” software. Come to think of it, I’ve never seen beta software work so well.

Now will I use it on a daily basis, I doubt it with a MCE sitting right next to my Mini. On a MacBook Pro, I can see where it could become a bit more handy.

  1. I was wondering if the drivers CD included iSight drivers for the iMac and MacBook Pro.

What I’m really curious about is if those same drivers would work on XP for the original firewire iSight.
