I’m glad that this commute doesn’t occur for me everday, but if I ever do need to head from Harvard to Kings College in England, that I’ll bring my wetsuit.

28 03 2007

My online life, and let’s be honest my online life is the only one that I have, comes crashing to a screeching hault when Bloglines goes down. Tomorrow from 8:00pm-11:00pm PDT Bloglines will be down for scheduled maintenance. This is a VERY rare instance, and I have to say that Bloglines is WAAY faster then Google Reader for me.

Make Front Row look like AppleTV

28 03 2007

There is a small download where you can skin your Front Row to look just like the new Apple TV. Now the interface hasn’t changed, so you won’t get the cool scrolling clips as they move by like the iTV AppleTV, but the front screen is updated. It isn’t exactly perfect, but what do you expect when you aren’t spending the $300 on the coolest tv accessory out there?

Xbox 360 Elite

Well it’s finally confirmed, the Xbox 360 Elite is making it’s debut. Let’s start off with some of the things it was rumored to have, but doesn’t: There is no HD-DVD player built in, and it isn’t a limited edition item.

Other then those two, the rumors are true: It includes HDMI, and a 120 gig HD.

If you already have an Xbox 360, you can purchase the 120 gig drive for $179, or buy a brand new Xbox 360 Elite for $479 when it launches on April 29th.
